There was a homepage. A signup flow. A dashboard with charts. A “Generate” button that spit out polished copy. A repo full of commits with timestamps that looked like a highlight reel. Hamada felt the adrenaline that every builder knows: I’m moving. I’m shipping. I’m winning.

#4 The Adrenaline Tax—You Don’t Know What’s Happening Underneath

They used the product on a Friday at 6pm.

Suddenly nothing worked.

An AI‑generated query timed out.

Logs were vague. Metrics were missing.

The UI looked clean.

  • code review standards . Hell no, not AI to review please. (even if it’s just you)
  • threat modeling for anything that touches user data

Without ownership, velocity becomes a debt factory.


#5 When Apps Are Cheap, Attention Becomes Expensive

Hamada used to think the hard part was building.

Now building was the easy part.

And that changes the market in a simple, brutal way:

If it’s cheap to create apps, you’ll get more apps than users (or at least more apps than attention).

You don’t need to stop using AI.

so if you are going wrong, you will go wrong way faster.
